Monday, October 9th at 6:30 PM, we're kicking off our first TRX Pilates Class. If you've never tried this class, you're in for a treat! This class is for all skill levels with movements that can be modified. Build core strength, improve your coordination and focus on your balance with this all-in-one exercise.
WHAT IS TRX PILATES?
This class uses a single point suspension anchor that forces your body to stabilize and balance from the ground up. Using a combination of straps, foam handles, and foot cradles, you'll use your bodyweight as resistance for each move.
WHO IS TRX PILATES FOR?
You do not need to have expert balance and coordination to enjoy this class! Most clients in class will be newcomers. At Punch King Fitness, we love helping new clients find strength in all our classes. Our instructors will work with you to modify movements for your skill level. Don't worry if you're a beginner or advanced with suspension training, we're all here to have fun and have a great workout.
